Premium wine explored in an exclusive way.

Tasmania, a small remote island, with a big wine reputation... amongst those who know. Come find out why with your own exclusive tour.

Meet with some of Australia’s best winemakers, explore their vineyards through their eyes, gain rare insights and taste their personal collection as they share their stories in a relaxed setting.

We’ll travel through beautiful pockets of Southern Tasmanian country. Here’s where risk takers created superb wines, in an area others thought was doomed to fail. As one of our winemaker’s notes, “we believe it’s on the edge that greatness happens”, and we couldn’t agree more.

Throughout the day, we visit three small-scale vineyards and speak exclusively with the winemakers about their passion for crafting exceptional wines. They share their favourite wines with us and the stories that went into making them. Insights not normally obtainable?

Morning tea is spent amongst extensive native bushland, an “art farm” filled with outdoor sculptures and highly prized native pepper-berries/native herbs.

Hear the intriguing story behind this export enterprise with the owner.

Or just up the road, we can visit Australia’s only sheep’s cheese-maker, making award-winning cheeses, and the best vodka in the world from leftover sheep’s whey. Or a “smoke-master” smoking salmon and trout from organic apple-chips. All outstanding, unusual and a little bit delicious.

What an exceptional day! We learned so much about premium Tassie wines, sharing the wine-makers’ insights/experience, in beautiful locations.
Thanks, Kim!
